1. Information we collect
- Via the contact form, information you voluntarily enter (contact email, notes, organization name, target URL, selected categories, etc.).
- Information collected automatically on submission: approximate country (estimated by Cloudflare) and, to prevent abuse, a hashed IP address。We do not store the raw IP address.
- For bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), Cloudflare processes tokens and the like (its own privacy policy applies).
2. Purpose of use
- To review and respond to inquiries (requests to add, corrections/rebuttals, and other matters).
- To prevent abuse and spam and to maintain and improve the Site.
3. Storage location and retention
- Submissions are stored in a database (D1) provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (a US company). Servers are on its global network.
- Retention: deleted promptly after handling (at most one year from receipt). Information no longer needed is deleted.
4. Disclosure to third parties
- We do not sell or provide collected information to third parties without your consent.
- The infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) acts as our processor, performing storage and processing on our behalf.
- We may respond to lawful disclosure requests within the limits of the law.
5. Your rights
- You may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of information about you (including rights under Japan’s APPI, and, if you reside in the EU, under the GDPR).
- You can make these requests via the Site’s contact form.
6. Cookies and similar
- The Site uses browser features (such as tokens) only as needed for bot protection (Turnstile).
- The Site does not run analytics, and it uses no cookies for behavioral advertising.
